Tuition:
- $ 150 per child per semester (including textbooks & other material)
- Pay in advance preferable
- School timing 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sundays
- Classes begin in August 30th 2009
Rules and Guidelines
Drop Off:
- Students must arrive on time; tardiness disturbs the class and causes embarrassment to the students. Please teach your children the importance of punctuality.
- Student must be dropped off at the class at the presence of the teacher. Do not drop your children off in the parking lot. ( class location may change from time to time, you will be notified in advance)
- If your child is not registered, do not bring her/him to the class.
Pick up:
School days are over at 1:00 Pm
- Please arrive on time to pick up your child; the school is not responsible for your child after the school day is over.
- There will be a late pick up fee of $7.00, for children picked up 30 minutes after 1:00 Pm.
- If you want the school to keep your child an hour or more after 1:00 pm, you will be asked to pay $12/hour since the school is going to hire someone to entertain your child.
- If your child is sick, or becomes in a condition where the presence of a parent is required, the school will contact you to pick her/him up.
Attire:
- At such an early age the only dress requirement is that students should be dressed appropriately and modestly. For girls, no makeup is allowed during school days.
General Guidelines:
- The learning experience doesn’t stop when the class is over. The parents are required to assist their children in doing their homework assignments and reinforce in the house what they have learned in the classroom.
- Staff, students and parents should conduct themselves in the best of Islamic manners.
- Constant respectful communication between parents and teachers is a necessary element of a successful learning experience.
Tuition and Financial Aid:
- Full tuition is due on the day of registration; please make sure to have a personal check on you and make it payable to Apex Mosque.
- The school will sponsor 10% of the total number of students through community donations. Very specified criteria will be applied.
