Apex Mosque Youth Distribute Rice to the Community!

RISE_Phase 1 Flyer-final

Everyone is Welcome to Participate!
Several months ago, Apex Mosque worked with a group of very talented, sophisticated, and impressive (MashaAllah) Muslim high school students on a very important initiative with Rise Against Hunger. The students raised over $5000 with the goal to hold a food packaging event that would produce 15,000 meals for people around the world. However, with the onset of Covid-19, plans to hold such an event were suspended. But, our youth did not give up!
They have diverted their resources and efforts locally. Please support our youth! As part of phase 1 of this project, they are inviting you to pick up a free 50-lb bag of rice. Registration is required in order to help us maintain minimal contact and appropriate social distancing during the event. Please sign up: bit.ly/YouthRiceProject
