**BAZAAR VENDOR GUIDELINES**
Welcome! If you wish to be a vendor at the Apex Mosque Bazaar, please take a moment to review our set-up and operating procedures.
**Vending Guidelines:**
⦁ Apex Mosque reserves the right to remove, without refund or recourse, any exhibitor who misrepresents himself or his product. In addition, Apex Mosque reserves the right to reject the application of any vendor deemed unsuitable for the Bazaar.
⦁ Any signage or display props must be securely attached to the booth or stall so as not to interfere with or impede foot traffic.
⦁ If you are a food vendor, you should ensure your food is kept clean from dust and other things. And ensure enough refrigeration is there to be sure that it doesn’t get spoiled midway which will force a change of plans.
⦁ Smile, be pleasant, and engage your customers. Sincere flattery won’t hurt.
⦁ Know your competitors and their selling or bargaining methods. Keep your prices competitive.
**Pricing: **
⦁ In order to secure a place in the bazaar, please click on the attached link, and fill in all information including name, address, and phone number, after which you have to pay $20.
**Participation:**
⦁ Please fill out and submit back the online application form to participate in the Bazaar Applicants will receive confirmation of acceptance within a day or less.
**Set-Up and Operations of Vendor Booths:**
Hours of operation are 11 am-6 pm unless otherwise noted. Set-up times are between 9:45 am – 10:45 am.
⦁ Booth set-up is not permitted before 9:45 am on Bazaar Day, and vendors must be ready for operation by 11:00 am. If you fail to arrive by 9:45 am your deposit will be cashed. Booths must be staffed during operating hours: 11:00 am-6:00 pm. Vendors are not allowed to disassemble booths before 6:00 PM unless permission is first obtained by the Bazaar team Leader. Operations of the Bazaar should not be disrupted, nor the safety and convenience of shoppers or vendors be jeopardized.
⦁ Apex Mosque provides tables and chairs for vendors.
⦁ Apex Mosque Bazaar is indoors inside the Big Hall and having outdoor tents is allowed. So, you are welcome to set up your tents outdoors.
⦁ Ensuring that your goods are in place well in time is good.
⦁ The Bazaar Team will assign spaces to vendors who have reserved space as they arrive between 9:45 am-10:45 am. The average space is approximately 10×10.
⦁ Some vendors may wish to use their own small tables.
⦁ Vendors are responsible for keeping their space attractive during Bazaar hours and cleaning up their space after the Bazaar closes, including removing garbage and sweeping up any debris.
⦁ Apex Mosque will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
⦁ Apex Mosque Bazaar reserves the right to refuse or terminate any vendor who does not comply with the above guidelines.
⦁ The main door of the Apex Mosque will remain open during the bazaar if you wish to use the restrooms.
